Pelvic Floor

It’s not normal or okay to lose bladder control when you sneeze, cough, laugh, lift or jump up and down.

Weakened pelvic floor muscles are most commonly associated with child birth but also with age, and following certain types of surgery.
There are some exercises that will only serve to exacerbate the problem and others that are pelvic floor safe. It is very important that you know the difference.

Contact Kris for advice on which classes would be most suitable if you have pelvic floor weakness.
