RGM

Ronnie Gardiner Method – stimulating both cognitive and motor skills.

The Ronnie Gardiner Method (RGM) is an innovative, multi-sensory exercise session for the brain and body, in which rhythm, music, verbalisation and movement are used to stimulate both cognitive and motor skills.
