Ronnie Gardiner Method – stimulating both cognitive and motor skills.

The Ronnie Gardiner Method (RGM) is an innovative, multi-sensory exercise session for the brain and body, in which rhythm, music, verbalisation and movement are used to stimulate both cognitive and motor skills.
The session is a lot of fun and can be done seated or standing.


Monthly classes are run at the Age Concern Office, 24 Main North Rd, Papanui. 

Thursdays 12-1pm. A koha of $5 is requested for this class.

2024 winter dates are Thursday 30th May, Thursday 4th July, Thursday 8th August.
