Ronnie Gardiner Method – stimulating both cognitive and motor skills.

The Ronnie Gardiner Method (RGM) is an innovative, multi-sensory exercise session for the brain and body, in which rhythm, music, verbalisation and movement are used to stimulate both cognitive and motor skills.
The session is a lot of fun and can be done seated or standing.


Monthly classes are run at the Age Concern Office, 24 Main N Rd, Papanui. 

Thursdays 12-1pm. A koha of between $3-$5 is requested for this class.

2024 dates for the first quarter are Thursday 25th Jan, Thursday 29th Feb and Thursday 28th March.
